💭 Not sure what you’re working toward?
How to know when it’s time to shift and where to go from here.

Hi there,

Let’s take a breath together. Not the kind you take when you’re about to do something—just the kind that lets you pause, soften your shoulders, and actually land in the present.
Because I want to talk about something that doesn’t get enough space in our scroll-happy, hustle-heavy world: what it means to not know your “why”… and how that’s okay.
🌿 “Follow your why” sounds great… but what if you don’t know it yet?
It’s easy to feel behind when you’re not working toward a crystal-clear life purpose. Especially when social feeds are full of “day in the life” content from people who seem to have it all figured out.
Your “why” isn’t something you find once and lock in forever.
It’s something you uncover, layer by layer - through questions, curiosity, and being brave enough to keep showing up.
🌸 What is your “why,” really?
It’s not just a mission statement or a career goal. It’s deeper than that. Your “why” is the thread that connects your values, your energy, and your joy.
Sometimes it looks like:
🌀 The work that energizes you instead of draining you.
👭 The people you feel most like yourself around.
📖 The activities that make you forget to check your phone.
It doesn’t have to be grand. It just has to be honest.
🧭 How to gently reconnect with your why
If you’ve been feeling adrift or unmotivated lately, here are a few low-pressure ways to start exploring what lights you up:
1. Trace what makes you feel alive (not just “good at it”)
Ask yourself:
🌸 What’s one thing I do that makes time move differently?
🌼 When do I feel the most me?
🌸 What would I keep doing, even if no one ever saw or praised it?
These aren’t just nice-to-know questions, they’re directional clues.
2. Make a curiosity list
Sometimes your “why” starts as a whisper. A topic you keep Googling. A person you love learning from. A hobby you keep revisiting. Make a list of anything that catches your attention - even if it feels random. Follow those breadcrumbs.
Curiosity often leads us to alignment before clarity does.
3. Detangle your shoulds from your wants
If you’ve been chasing a goal for a long time, it can be hard to tell if it’s still your goal - or just something you feel obligated to keep pursuing.
Ask:
🌿 Am I doing this because it aligns… or because I don’t want to disappoint someone?
🍃 If no one else’s opinion mattered, what would I choose?
Realignment starts with honesty.
4. Let your why evolve (because you are too)
You don’t need to get it perfect this time. You just need to start tuning in—to your patterns, your joy, your little sparks of interest.
Your “why” isn’t a fixed point on a map. It’s more like a compass: guiding you as you shift, grow, and move through seasons of life.
✨ What if this was the point?
Not the perfectly written life plan. Not the “aha” moment that puts it all together.
But the daily practice of choosing curiosity over clarity.
Because here’s the real secret:
You don’t find your why and then start living.
You start living…and your why reveals itself to you. ❤️

That’s why we partnered with Bolt to help you explore, experiment, and bring your ideas to life without needing to have it all figured out.
Whether you’re following a sudden spark of curiosity or testing a new “why,” just show up with your ideas, and see where they take you.

Real or AI 🤖
Y’all nailed it - 85% of you picked Image 1 as the real one! The weird smoothness and odd fruit shapes in Image 2 gave it away. Real fruit’s a little messier… and that’s what makes it believable. 🫐✅ Also you’re right - AI does have issues trying to create walnut textures! 😆

Double the tea, double the fun!
This week, imagine this: It’s golden hour in the woods. You just wrapped your last task of the day, tea in hand, journal open, and a sense of quiet clarity settles in. You step outside your log cabin, take a deep breath, and for once -you’re not rushing. Just savoring.
Both cabins are glowing, peaceful, and perfectly still… but only one of them is real.
Can you guess which one is the real photo?

Which one of these images is REAL? |

Keep going. You’re not behind, you’re becoming.
With you every step,
