⚖️ Simplifying your day: Why less is more ft. Easlo
This week we highlight Easlo’s lessons on focus, boundaries, and mindful experimentation
Hi there,
Welcome back to You Got a Minute by LifeAt. If you’re new here, you can get caught up by checking out our blog here!
This week, we’re excited to shine a light on Easlo, a productivity creator whose approach blends functionality with aesthetic. Despite still being a team of one, he’s built a thriving productivity empire of over 1M+ followers worldwide.
Last month, Easlo presented at his first U.S. workshop at the Make it with Notion conference and our LifeAt team got front row seats. Easlo shared unique insights from his solopreneur journey in productivity and digital product design. Whether you’re here for inspiration or practical tips, Easlo’s journey promises valuable lessons for everyone:
🌸 You can do anything but not everything
Avoid overloading yourself with endless to-dos; life’s greatest rewards come from depth, not breadth. Focus on a few key areas for maximum impact. Start each day by defining three priorities that advance your goals. Simplifying your focus amplifies your potential.
😅 Making everyone happy isn’t possible
In work, friendships, and family, competing expectations will always exist. Instead of trying to please everyone, set clear boundaries to protect your time and energy. Saying no can be difficult, but prioritizing your well-being enables you to better support those who matter most.
🔁 Repeated action can numb you
While habits boost productivity, excessive routine can stifle enthusiasm. Inject variety into your daily life—change your workspace, take a new route, or introduce fresh challenges to workouts. Small adjustments can spark curiosity and renew your energy.
🧪 Leave room for experimentation
Avoid rigid expectations. Experimentation reveals what truly works. Spend 10-15 minutes daily on activities outside your comfort zone or jot down new ideas without judgment. Small tests of new approaches keep you adaptable and inspired.
This week, let’s work on tuning into what feels purposeful and sustainable. You might just find that by focusing on less, you actually achieve more.
