🍓 Desk Snack Moment: Berries, crackers, something crunchy. It’s grounding and gives your brain fuel. Plus, it keeps your body nourished and in great shape to get something done.

💡 Switch Environments: Go outside if you can, or move to a different room. Novelty resets attention.

🎧 Change the Soundscape: Shift to ambient or instrumental: something soft, no lyrics, with a calming feel.
