Hi there,

Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming. In fact, it’s often the small, consistent habits that make the biggest difference over time. Microhabits don’t require extra hours in your day—they fit seamlessly into your existing routines.

Here are some microhabits to help you along your glowup this winter:

Microhabits that create a lasting impact

📚 Spend 15 minutes a day learning

Dedicate 15 minutes daily to learn something new related to your field. This could be reading an article, watching a tutorial, or listening to a podcast. If you feel up to it, feel free to continue your momentum and keep learning - the goal here is to make it easier to start.

🕒 Midday reset

Set a “reset point” each day, like lunchtime or mid-afternoon, to pause and refocus. Use this time to assess your progress, re-prioritize tasks, or simply take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Productivity isn’t linear. A reset moment gives you the chance to regain momentum and approach the rest of the day with clarity.

The Sleep App That Forbes Rated 5 Stars 😱

The app Forbes said helps "users achieve high-quality sleep by creating and maintaining effective sleep routines” is back with new sounds and features!

Now featuring over 300 unique sounds to fall asleep to, a personalized sleep tracker and more. It’s no wonder over 65 million people have downloaded this app for better sleep.

💤 Worry dump before bed

Take two minutes before bed to write down any worries or unfinished tasks on a "worry list." This habit clears your mind for sleep. Keep a dedicated "worry notebook" by your bed and commit to addressing the list the next day.

🔖 Track habits with emotion tags

When tracking your habits, add a note about how they made you feel—energized, calm, or even stressed. Over time, you’ll notice which habits boost your mood and productivity the most. By linking habits to positive emotional outcomes, you’ll naturally gravitate towards the actions that benefit you the most.

Make decisions for your future self

When you’re faced with a choice, ask yourself, What would my future self thank me for? Whether it’s choosing to tackle a difficult task, stepping outside for a quick walk, or getting to bed on time, this mindset reframes productivity as an act of self-care, making decisions feel more intentional and meaningful.

The magic of microhabits lies in their simplicity. Start small, build momentum, and focus on habits that resonate with your goals and values. Remember, even the smallest changes add up to meaningful progress.

Real or AI 🤖

Welcome back to Real or AI! Last week, we tried to beat the AI by comparing two snowflakes - for the first time, AI beat us! 🥹 Image 2 was the REAL photo - fun fact, did you know that although snowflakes may have different (& beautiful) designs, almost all of them have six sides? ❄️ Here are some of our fav comments:

This week, let’s look at some tasty hot chocolate - grab a cup of your favorite cozy drink & see if we can take back victory over AI 💪

Which of these images is REAL?
